Years ago, chefs and front-of-house regulars would gather post-service for a simple ritual — a big pot of pasta, whatever was on hand, and a few bottles opened “for staff only.” No menus. No rules. Just combinations that worked, shared across the table.

Over time, it stuck. Tuesdays quietly became pasta night.

Casa Della Pasta Tuesdays brings that same idea to The Greens — a short menu, good ingredients, classic shapes and sauces that actually make sense. Add a few sides, something sweet, and settle in.
